How does this service work?

The e-bikes will be at your complete disposal for the entire day of your booking. At the time of rental, we will provide you with fully charged bikes ready for use, along with safety helmets. From that moment on, you will be completely independent: you can set off directly from the property and ride through the Sienese hills at your own pace.

Is it necessary to book them in advance?

We highly recommend it: our e-bikes have limited availability.

Are the excursions guided?

No, we provide the bikes so you can explore the area and its hidden gems in total freedom and at your own pace. We usually recommend two specific routes: one short and accessible to everyone, and one longer and more challenging.

Are the bikes suitable for everyone?

This service is recommended for those who already have some experience and familiarity with electric bicycles.

Are there any height or weight restrictions for use?

Yes, to ensure a safe and comfortable ride, a minimum height of 160 cm and a maximum weight of 120 kg are required.

Is it tiring to use them on dirt paths or uphill?

Not at all! Our e-bikes feature wide tires specifically designed for dirt paths and offer 5 different levels of pedal assistance. You can choose how much effort to put in: from no assistance for the more athletic, to the maximum level, which will power you uphill almost like a small electric scooter.
